This bass is rough, but it’s fun. not sure what brand it was originally, but the neck plate is making me think that it is either Japanese or Korean. The neck feels like it is good quality and it is finished well. I am not able to determine if the headstock was cut or originally shaped like that. it looks like it was originally a Fender-shaped headstock. The frets were removed by a previous owner. He did a good job finishing it. The tuners look to be vintage Fender, high quality. The E tuner is a Hipshot D-Tuner. The pickup is from a Washburn bass. Spray paint finish On the body. It plays pretty well. The input jack might need to be cleaned or adjusted. Sometimes it doesn’t make good contact with the guitar cable. comes with the beat up case pictured.
