Okay So I brought this from a seller on Mercari,the product didn't come with a SIM card the camera has two slots where two different cards are supposed to go, the seller of the camera sent only one card not the other I have tried to each out to the seller five days in a row no response & Mercari wouldn't assist in gapping the communication between me and the seller to see if i could buy the missing card or where to buy the missing card. Mercari doesn't care i spent so much money for the product,buyers fee's or shipping,I reached out to the seller an hour after I received the camera no response please be aware of sellers who dont communicate with you Mercari wont help
